Before starting Posh Trips, Natalie spent eight years as a Registered Nurse, a role that reminded her daily how short life is and why embracing the world matters. Nursing took her across the globe: three months volunteering in Tanzania, six months working in India, and later becoming a travel nurse in hospitals across the U.S. Those experiences quietly planted the seeds for what would eventually become Posh Trips.

After the pandemic, completely burned out, Natalie realized the part of nursing that energized her most was the travel itself, immersing herself in new cultures and experiencing life far beyond the hospital walls. So she took a leap of faith and founded Posh Trips Travel, blending her love for helping others with her passion for luxury travel and adventure.

She listened to every podcast she could find, experimented, made mistakes, built a brand, and kept going. In her first year, Natalie sold over $1 million in travel, proving that heart, grit, and a clear vision can build something extraordinary.

Sheri Siller

 Sales Development Director

 

Sheri, brings a powerhouse blend of editorial taste, luxury insight, and industry expertise to Posh Trips. She began her career in the fashion world, where she developed a sharp eye for aesthetics. That foundation led her to Condé Nast, where she spent more than a decade as an executive deeply immersed in luxury travel, editorial culture, and high-end lifestyle content.

Having raised her family in Manhattan, Sheri understands how high-net-worth New Yorkers travel, what they value, what they expect, and what helps make their time away feel effortless. She’s known for her meticulous attention to detail and her love of wellness, Pilates, and world-class spa experiences. Recently, she was invited to partner with L’Oréal as an influencer, underscoring her strong presence in the luxury and beauty space.

As Sales Development Director, Sheri leads all things growth for Posh Trips: building relationships, expanding our reach, and introducing our brand to the circles where luxury travel decisions are made. Her background across fashion, travel, and media, combined with her strong NYC network, makes her the ideal voice to help elevate Posh Trips within the luxury travel community.

Steve Farrell

Director of Operations & Quality Control


In his former life, he was quite literally a rocket scientist as in, a software-engineering, rockets-and-satellites, 40-year aerospace career kind of rocket scientist. After retiring from that world, he did what any logical person would do… he joined his daughter Natalie in building Posh Trips. 

Now officially out of retirement, Steve sits at the heart of our behind-the-scenes magic. He’s the quiet force who makes sure every detail is flawless: transfers lined up, confirmations triple-checked, restaurant picks researched, logistics tightened, and quality control handled with the precision of someone who used to literally launch things into space.

He isnt client-facing, he’s our secret weapon  but he is absolutely a vital part of the Posh Trips team. His love for organization, computers, and problem-solving has become one of the biggest gifts to our travelers. And honestly? Having a retired rocket scientist making sure your trip runs smoothly is Posh!
